Questions

How do I add someone who drives but shouldn’t change the schedule?

Family → Caregivers → Invite, and choose View + drive. They’ll see the week and can be assigned pickups, but can’t edit activities or invite others. View only is the same minus being assignable — useful for a grandparent who wants to follow along.

I invited someone. Why can’t they see the household?

They join the first time they sign in with the address you invited, and the address has to be verified. Google and Apple verify it automatically; an email-and-password account has to click the link in its confirmation email first. Until then they’ll see the create-a-household screen.
One catch with Apple: choosing Hide My Email signs them in under an address Apple invents, which can’t match any invite. They need to sign in again and pick Share My Email.

What counts as a conflict?

Three things. One caregiver assigned to two overlapping activities — nobody can be in two places. An overlap where nobody is driving at all. And one child booked for two activities at once. Back-to-back activities aren’t flagged; a tight handoff is still possible.

Why isn’t a caregiver offered as a fix?

Either they’re view-only, or they’re already driving something that overlaps the same window. Zighop only suggests people who are actually free.

How do I set up a weekly activity?

Add it once and select every day it happens. Selecting more than one day makes it recurring, and it appears on each of those days for as long as the season runs.

What do you store about my children?

A first name, an age in years, and any goals you set. Nothing else is stored: the app rejects a date of birth, last name, photo, school, or contact details outright. Full details.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete. You can remove the household — every child, activity, carpool, message, and poll — while keeping your sign-in, or delete the account entirely. Both are immediate and permanent; we don’t keep a copy.

What can Robin actually do?

Ask it about your week and it answers from your actual schedule — what’s on, why something conflicts, and which fix works. It proposes; you confirm. Robin cannot change anything on its own. Each morning at 7am it sends the day ahead, computed from your week rather than generated, so it can’t invent a pickup time.

Is Zighop only about who’s driving?

No — that’s one part of it. Zighop is where a household’s activities live: the schedule, everyone who needs to see it, signups pasted in from a confirmation email, carpools, and finding what’s coming up next season. Driver conflicts are one of the things it catches, not the point of it.

Something broken?

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves the week or a conflict, the day and the two activities involved are usually enough for us to reproduce it.
