Using Zighop
Zighop helps a household keep track of children’s activities, who is driving, and when those plans collide. By using it you agree to these terms.
You must be 18 or older and a parent, guardian, or caregiver acting with their permission. Zighop is not for use by children.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
Your household
When you invite a caregiver, you choose what they can do — full access, view and drive, or view only. Anyone you give access to can see your children’s names, ages, and weekly schedule, so invite deliberately.
Only add information about a child if you are their parent or guardian, or have permission from one. Only add another adult’s contact details with their agreement.
What you put in
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it so the app can work for you and the caregivers you have invited. Don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything about someone else that you have no right to share.
Assistant features
Zighop uses AI to summarize your week, spot conflicts, and suggest fixes. It can be wrong. Check anything that matters before relying on it — particularly who is collecting a child, and when. Zighop is a planning aid, not a supervision service, and it is not responsible for a missed pickup.
Camps and classes
Listings come from third-party sources. We don’t vet, endorse, or guarantee any provider, and we’re not part of any arrangement you make with one. Do your own checks before enrolling a child.
Availability
We aim to keep Zighop running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or puts others at risk.
Ending it
You can delete your household or your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zighop is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We’ll update these terms as the product changes and will tell you about anything significant. Continuing to use Zighop means accepting the current version.
