What happens when the trial ends?
Your week stays readable — always. Zighop holds the only copy of where your children are on a given afternoon, and we’re not going to lock you out of that over a card. What stops is changing things: adding activities, editing the schedule, asking Robin. Subscribe and it all comes back exactly as you left it.
Can I delete my data if I don’t subscribe?
Yes, at any time, subscribed or not. Deletion is never behind the paywall — holding a family’s data hostage would be worse than losing their business.
Is it per person or per household?
Per household. One subscription covers every caregiver you invite — both parents, a nanny, a grandparent — at no extra cost. Only the household owner is billed.
What if my card fails?
Nothing dramatic. Stripe retries for several days and you keep full access the whole time. We don’t cut a family off on the first decline — that punishes an expired card, not a decision to leave.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage billing, which opens Stripe’s own portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drop to read-only. No email, no retention call.
